Tahoe Turning Point, Inc., is a private, nonprofit agency that provides group care and residential treatment for male juveniles, ages 12 to 18. Our program began in 1980 and has grown to four six bed residential facilities in South Lake Tahoe, Ca as well as one ten bed residential facility in Placerville, Ca. All five of the programs prescribe to the concepts of experiential education and use that modality in the treatment protocols.

Tahoe Turning Point, Inc, is also a private, nonprofit outpatient facility, providing professional therapeutic services and substance abuse counseling, as well as specializing in family therapy and marriage counseling for adults and adolescents.

Tahoe Turning Point, Inc. is licensed by the California Department of Social Services.  We are also licensed by the California Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs as a Licensed Residential Recovery Program.
